SLS CASE STUDY #1
- Part was designed specifically for direct digital manufacturing
- Order as needed, no tooling or inventory necessary
- Air intake flapper door was designed to be manufactured as a working assembly during the build cycle
- No post assembly, fasteners, or adhesives required
- Production SLS part for leading Unmanned Aerial Vehicle manufacturer
- Mounting brackets were designed in the part to allow for easy assembly to mating component
- Monitors airflow from engine
- Impossible to manufacture in one piece using traditional methods

SLS CASE STUDY #2
- First successfully recorded usage of Nylon in the EOS P700
- Fuel tank for leading UAV manufacturer
- Tanks were built in one piece and included threading for the fuel cap
- Able to build two parts nestled together in one platform
- Ability to use Nylon 12 PA for fuel tank applications
- Tanks are impermeable to fluids including jet fuel
- Significant cost savings versus traditional manufacturing
